*an alarm clock goes off; you hear the sound of the alarm clock as it keeps ringing, while it flies through the air, slamming into a wall, and scaring cats, who meow in surprise, sending them in different directions. A shadowy figure comes walking out, rubbing its eyes, looking like it just woke up; it looks over at you, blinks, and smiles a bit, before uttering a nervous chuckle*

Uh... hi again. I've... been away for quite a while, haven't I? *rubs the back of my head with my hand* ...I've been disappearing from a lot of places, lately... and there's a reason for it.

Let's see...

A few things have been keeping me away. Mainly, a personal project, like a couple things that have already been done before (but not like this...), and sometimes... I get... eh. *waves my hand*

Okay, what haven't I done, and what do I need to do? Well, for starters, I told a certain someone...that I would make a picture of Sonic the Werehog and her, with me in it as well. That, and I'm also working on my OC. I'll tell you right now, if you didn't happen to read the messages on my front page, it's gonna be an Echidna. I'll tell you WHY!!!

I've got a scanner I happened to pick up at a yard sale a month or two ago, that I haven't tested yet, but I'm hoping to, and if that bad boy works, I've got a side project. Creature Controller! I'll finally get the remaining pages of "What's Outside Erlondo" up, and as a bonus, I'll put up the third comic. The whole entire comic, without stopping. And trust me, this one's longer than both "A Controller From Erlondo" and "What's Outside Erlondo". Heck, probably longer than them combined. I kinda did a sort of Harry Potter-style thing with the comics: each one is longer than the last, so far. And, the drawings get better and better with each cartoon, since I used it to improve my drawing skills over the years.

Hopefully I don't disappear suddenly again for a long time... I know you're probably starting to expect that from me... ...but like I told Katie-chan, "I'm downgrading ''I'm here to stay!'' to ''I'll make a valiant effort...''" xD

Well, all that's left is to bring up the friends list... man, I haven't used this in a while...

Allrighty, ten things about myself:

(1) I spend a LOT of time on the computer every day.
(2) I'm sorta shy around people I don't know, even on the internet, but I'm trying to get over it.
(3) I listen to songs that quite a few people have never heard of.
(4) I'm very quick to make friends, and when I try to be someone's friend, I try to be a good friend.
(5) I was programming a sort of operating environment (an alternative to Microsoft Windows), but I've been putting it off. I might pick it back up sometime.
(6) I love doing things with my friends, whether in real life or on the internet, and sometimes I end up doing that on the internet more, since I don't get to see my real life friends that often...
(7) My MSN ID sounds like an ID that a hacker would have, but it isn't. xD
(8) I love TV shows and music from the 1980s.
(9) Sometimes, if a friend is doing something I don't like, I won't say anything to them, because I'm afraid of what they might say back to me.
(10) I have Asperger's Syndrome, which means sometimes I'll just zone out for no reason, people will have to explain things to me that other people get right off the bat, and sometimes I'll seem like I'm in my own little world.

Now then, for the fun part... who to tag...

Hey everybody! How'd your Halloween go? I hope it went good. Mine was... well... let's just say that it was pretty interesting.

My brother and I are part of a bowling league that meets every Saturday at a bowling alley near where I live. The days before that (I might've said something about this in my other journals, particularly this one), I had decided I was gonna dress up (or cosplay) as an Umbreon, and go around the entire day dressed like it, everywhere I went. Well, I did, and on Halloween morning, as we walked into the bowling alley, right from the moment I got out of the family van, I was pretty sure people were noticing. You should've seen how many heads turned when I walked into the bowling alley! xDDD A couple of my friends had also dressed up, mainly my brother's and my teammate, who was dressed as Konan, a character from Naruto who's the only girl in a band of badguys called the "Akatsuki". Her brother, who is also my friend, was "Hidan" (I think), who was also from the "Akatsuki". Man, they looked so awesome. And they couldn't believe how awesome my costume looked, either. (I had my doubts at first...) Another of my friends, who's on the other side of the bowling alley when we're bowling (and is on a completely different league that bowls at the same time our league bowls), yet comes over to visit every so often between frames, was dressed as a ninja. His costume looked almost exactly like mine (when he wasn't wearing the face mask and sword/sheath), minus the face paint and yellow ovals. xDD I'm pretty sure a lot of people knew who I was, except for the team my brother and I's team was bowling against, who had to ask me to double-check. xD My brother told me, afterwards, that he heard them say to one another, "See? I told you he was Umbreon!" xDD

Later in the day, Mom, my brother and I went over to the apartment where my grandmother lives (which is close to where my brother's and my teammate's -- and her brother and sister's -- aunt lives -- and for all we know, they could've been trick-or-treating down that way), where they were having a Halloween party of their own. Most of the tenants were cowboys/cowgirls, except for a few people, who were just plain having fun. xDD Granny was supposed to be "Dolly Parton", but since I haven't seen a picture of Dolly in who-knows-how-long, I wouldn't be able to verify that. She looked pretty wild, though. xD

Of course, I'm not the only one in my circle of friends who dressed up. My friends Katie (Sonra-The-Hedgehog), Crash (Crash-The-Hyruler) and Lucy (feelioncat) also dressed up for Halloween.

Well, since my brother's computer is fixed (), I've lost the convenient spot for my scanner (), which is why I haven't been putting up the other pages in "What's Outside Erlondo". I hope nobody's angry at me. () I've been looking for another spot to put it, since this thing is pretty big, and makes julienne fries so I'm never hungry ( joking), so once I find a spot for it, I'll put up "What's Outside Erlondo" 4, since I'm sure there are some who are waiting for that bomb to finally move and hit Suno . I'm also thinking of uploading the remaining pages, just for the heck of it.

My other computer, the one that was originally down for an "upgrade" is back up again! I had a spare CPU in one of my other computers that worked on that motherboard, so I put it in, pulled a few strings, and it worked! Of course, since this CPU is slower than the half s'more I got with the motherboard, I'm gonna hafta get a new one for it, so I guess... it's still being upgraded! xDD

*switches topic* As for my Umbreon costume: I've got the shirt, the black and yellow felt, and now I've got the shoes to go with it. Right now, I'm just waiting for mom to be ready to help me with putting the ovals on the shirt. Then all I'll need is the pants, the gloves and more material to make the ears and tail (like wire frame or pipe cleaners, and a headband for the ears, since I'm gonna be using the felt to make the ears and tail), and I'll be all set!

One more thing: There's a little something else I'm going to draw, to show how Creature Controller has improved my drawing skills. There's a certain picture on Sonra-The-Hedgehog's page that features the furriest Sonic character I've ever seen, and I just have to give him a hug. And I will. Once I get all eight pages of "What's Outside Erlondo" up, and get my costume finished, I'm going to see how well I can draw Sonic the Werehog.

That's just a bit of a heads-up as to what I've got coming...
